Ms. Fletcher is a small business owner in the Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia area. She is an active member of her church since 1987 and a newly retiree from the Department of the Army. In addition, Ms. Fletcher has been a foster parent for more than 14 years. As a representative for Northern Virginia, she supports foster parents around the area. Currently, she is the president of the Waldorf Toastmaster's Club of Waldorf, Maryland, and has been a public speaker for many years.
